Ingredients
- 250 g Mascarpone
- 3 eggs separated
- 50 g sugar
- 2 dl | 1 cups freshly brewed coffee
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 packet ladyfingers
- Cocoa powder
Directions
- Start by separating egg whites and egg yolks.
- Then pour the egg whites in an electric mixer and whip until fluffy, add the sugar 1 tbsp a time.
- When you’ve created a fluffy meringue set the bowl aside and take out another.
- In this bowl add the egg yolks, vanilla extract and mascarpone, mix this until just combined.
- After that just combine the two mixtures carefully to not damage the fluffiness.
- Now assemble the tiramisu by dipping each ladyfinger in coffee until I’ve covered the entire surface.
- Than the mascarpone mixture, and cocoa powder.
- Devour!!!!
