Ingredients
- 4 dl | 2 cups cooked chickpeas
- 2 dl | 1 cup tahini
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 tsp lemon acid
- 1/2 lemon
- 1,5 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 ice cubes
- sumac, parsely, olive oil fried walnuts, olive oil
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a food processor, process until smooth and fluffy.
- If needed add another ice cube.
- Serve on a plate and decorate with sumac, parsely, olive oil fried walnuts, olive oil.
- Serve with veggies as a snack plate or as a side dish on a dinner.
