Ingredients

  • 4 dl | 2 cups cooked chickpeas
  • 2 dl | 1 cup tahini 
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 tsp lemon acid 
  • 1/2 lemon 
  • 1,5 tsp salt 
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 ice cubes 
  • sumac, parsely, olive oil fried walnuts, olive oil

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor, process until smooth and fluffy.
  2. If needed add another ice cube.
  3. Serve on a plate and decorate with sumac, parsely, olive oil fried walnuts, olive oil.
  4. Serve with veggies as a snack plate or as a side dish on a dinner.
