Ingredients

  • Strawberries ( I used 3 big )
  • 20 g kadayif + 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 spoons pistchio spread
  • Melted dark chocolate
  • Chopped pistchio

Directions

  1. Prepare the Kadayif:
    Cut the kadayif into small pieces. In a pan, heat some oil over low heat and add the kadayif. Stir constantly until it turns golden brown.
  2. Mix with Pistachio Spread:
    Once golden, remove from heat and mix in the pistachio spread until fully combined. Set aside.
  3. Assemble the Cup:
    Slice the strawberries and place them in a serving cup or bowl.
  4. Layer the Pistachio Kadayif:
    Spoon the pistachio-coated kadayif mixture over the strawberries.
  5. Add the Chocolate & Toppings:
    Pour melted chocolate over the top and finish with a sprinkle of chopped pistachios.
  6. Enjoy!
    Serve immediately while the chocolate is still warm and crunchy. 🍓🍫✨
