Grilled chicken:
(Marinade)
- 2 chicken breast, slice them in side ways to create 4 pieces
- 1 heaped tbsp Turkish/ greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 crushed garlic
- 1 tsp tandori spice ( optional)
- half a lemons juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Spicy rigatoni :
- 2 shallots
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp crushed chili peppers
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 dl | 1 cup heavy cream
- salt, black pepper, smoked paprika powder
- parmesan
- 1/4 preserves pasta water
- Cooked rigatoni
Directions
- Combine all ingredients for the chicken marinade in a bowl, and marinade the chicken overnight or for 4 hours at least.
- Take out and grill in a pan on medium high heat.
- Add the shopped shallots and garlic in a oiled pan.
- Let cook for a minute or so, then add the tomato paste and chili peppers.
- Let cook then put the heavy cream.
- Add the seasonings, parmesan and the pasta water.
- Let cook a little then add the pasta.
- Serve with the chicken, more parmesan and parsley.
