Directions
Start by separating egg whites and egg yolks.
Then pour the egg whites in an electric mixer and whip until fluffy, add the sugar 1 tbsp a time.
When you’ve created a fluffy meringue set the bowl aside and take out another. In this bowl add the egg yolks, vanilla extract and mascarpone, mix this until just combined.
After that pour the 150 g of pistachio spread and combine the two mixtures carefully to not damage the fluffiness.
Now assemble the tiramisu by dipping each ladyfinger in coffee until I’ve covered the entire surface.
Than the mascarpone mixture, lastly pour over the 150 g of the pistachio spread and decorate with strawberries and flowers. Devour!!!!
