

Ingredients
- 60 g room temp butter or browned butter
- 1/2 dl | 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp bicarbonate
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 dl | 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 70 g dark chocolate chips



Directions
- Start by placing the butter in room temp 30 min before starting to bake.
- Then combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
- Combine sugar and butter in a bowl, mix with a hand mixer until slightly pale.
- Add the yolk and mix until combined.
- Now add all the dry ingredients in the wet along with the chocolate chips and mix until just combined.
- Place the cookie dough in a piping bag, and pipe small balls on parchment paper.
- Preheat the oven to 160 c or 320 f.
- Place your cookies on a new parchment paper with space between the cookie doughs.
- Bake for 12-15 min.
- Take out, and let cool!
- Serve with milk or as cereal!
- Devour!
