Ingredients

  • 60 g room temp butter or browned butter
  • 1/2 dl | 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp bicarbonate
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 dl | 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 70 g dark chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Start by placing the butter in room temp 30 min before starting to bake.
  2. Then combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
  3. Combine sugar and butter in a bowl, mix with a hand mixer until slightly pale.
  4. Add the yolk and mix until combined.
  5. Now add all the dry ingredients in the wet along with the chocolate chips and mix until just combined.
  6. Place the cookie dough in a piping bag, and pipe small balls on parchment paper.
  7. Preheat the oven to 160 c or 320 f.
  8. Place your cookies on a new parchment paper with space between the cookie doughs.
  9. Bake for 12-15 min.
  10. Take out, and let cool!
  11. Serve with milk or as cereal!
  12. Devour!
