

For the brownie:
- 1 egg
- 1 dl / 1/2 cup sugar
- 55 g melted butter
- 85 g dark chocolate
- 0.65 dl / ⅓ cup flour
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- ½ tsp salt
For the filling:
- 100g Kadayıf
- butter for toasting the
- 3 big spoons pistachio spread
- dash of olive oil
- 1 tbsp tahini
Topping:
- 100g melted dark chocolate




Directions
- Make the brownie batter:
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Line or grease a small baking pan.
Melt the dark chocolate together with butter until smooth. Let cool slightly.
In a bowl, whisk together egg and sugar until light and slightly fluffy.
Add the melted chocolate mixture and stir to combine.
Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Fold gently until smooth. - Bake:
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 12 min so it still comes out fudgy. Take out and let cool for 10 min, then place in the fridge until the filling is ready. - Prepare the filling:
Heat a pan with a little butter. Add the kadayıf and toast until golden and crispy.
Stir in pistachio spread, a small dash of olive oil, and tahini until combined. Set aside to cool. - Assemble:
Spoon the kadayıf filling evenly over the top. Let cool in the fridge for 10 min.
Pour the melted dark chocolate over the cooled brownie.
Let chill in the fridge for a clean cut. - Serve:
Slice into squares and devour! You will never make brownies another way!!
