Ingredients

  • 105 g browned butter 
  • 70 g | 1/3 cup sugar 
  • 70 g | 1/3 cup brown sugar 
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 1/2 tsp salt 
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder 
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda 
  • 210 g | 1 2/3 cup flour 

Chocolate ganache 

  • 70g chocolate 
  • 70 g heavy cream 

Directions

  1. Start by browning the butter, set aside to cool.
  2. Combine the butter and sugar, mix until combined.
  3. Add the egg, mix then add all the dry ingredients.
  4. Place in the freezer while making the ganache.
  5. Place chocolate and heavy cream over a double boiler and let melt together.
  6. Take out the cookie dough and scoop it on parchment paper.
  7. Take one of the dough’s and form into a cave and pipe in the chocolate.
  8. Cover with more cookie dough and carefully shape into a round ball without the chocolate oozing out.
  9. Place in the freezer for 1 hour then bake on 175 c or 350 f for 20 min until golden.
  10. Serve with ice cream!
