Ingredients

  •  1 can mutti crushed tomato’s
  • about half a 250 g box of cherry tomatoes
  • olive oil
  • linguine ( about a handful)
  • flaky salt
  • black pepper
  • chilli flakes
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Buffalo mozzarella
  • Lots of basil

Directions

  1. Place the washed cherry tomatoes, garlic and olive oil in a pan and let cook until golden on 220c.
  2. Pour the the crushed tomatoes in a pan with some of the olive oil of the confit as well as the garlic (slightly smash it in the pan) and half of the cherry tomatoes.
  3. Add more salt, pepper and chili flakes too taste. Add the linguine with some pasta water.
  4. Add the basil and plate with some mozzarella, basil the tomatoes from the confit asswell as some more pepper and chili flakes.
