Ingredients
- 1 can mutti crushed tomato’s
- about half a 250 g box of cherry tomatoes
- olive oil
- linguine ( about a handful)
- flaky salt
- black pepper
- chilli flakes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Buffalo mozzarella
- Lots of basil
Directions
- Place the washed cherry tomatoes, garlic and olive oil in a pan and let cook until golden on 220c.
- Pour the the crushed tomatoes in a pan with some of the olive oil of the confit as well as the garlic (slightly smash it in the pan) and half of the cherry tomatoes.
- Add more salt, pepper and chili flakes too taste. Add the linguine with some pasta water.
- Add the basil and plate with some mozzarella, basil the tomatoes from the confit asswell as some more pepper and chili flakes.
