Ingredients
- About 10 – 12 apricots
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp lemon juice ( I wouldn’t recommend that though, it made them a little too sour)
- 2 tbsp butter
- vanilla ice cream
- pistachios
Directions
- Cut the apricots in half’s and take out the seeds. In a hot pan, add the butter and let melt, then place the apricots in the pan.
- Sprinkle the sugar, cinnamon and optional lemon juice over the apricots.
- Let cook until slightly soft then turn, plate and serve with ice cream and pistachios.
