Ingredients

  • About 10 – 12 apricots 
  • 2 tbsp sugar 
  • 1 tsp cinnamon 
  • 2 tsp lemon juice ( I wouldn’t recommend that though, it made them a little too sour)
  • 2 tbsp butter 
  • vanilla ice cream 
  • pistachios 

Directions

  1. Cut the apricots in half’s and take out the seeds. In a hot pan, add the butter and let melt, then place the apricots in the pan.
  2. Sprinkle the sugar, cinnamon and optional lemon juice over the apricots.
  3. Let cook until slightly soft then turn, plate and serve with ice cream and pistachios.
