Okeyyy so I thought I had messed up these cookies when I accidentally grabbed the white sugar mixed with cinnamon instead of brown sugar—I was sure I’d ruined them! But it turns out, they came out soooo good. They taste super chocolatey and rich with that coffee kick, but the cinnamon adds this warm, cozy vibe, like Jingle Bells is playing softly in the background. It’s like a holiday twist on a mocha-flavored cookie, and honestly, I think this might be my new favorite mistake! They literally took less then 20 min to make so defiantly recommend trying these!
