Flavors from orange & lemon, lightly spiced with cardamom, and packed with crunchy almonds in every single bite 🤌🏼

I was meant to film that bite shot, you know, the one where I look straight into the camera and try to convince you with just my face expression that you need to make them… Yeah, that didn’t happen. They disappeared faster than I could hit record 🫠

This one is a Cinnamon roll Blueberry swirl ice cream, with a cinnamon roll cookie dough rolled in pearl sugar, layered into a cinnamon-infused vanilla ice cream base (literally the best base recipe I’ve ever made). Layered with a super fresh blueberry compote that ties it all together 🫐🍨

Tzatziki (obviously a must), lemon + sumac red onion (listen I hate raw onion too but this? life changing), feta with olive oil + sesame, next slide….

Grapefruit carpaccio (if you count chunky slices, we can thank my sister for that 💀) and corn ribs. Actually more like corn steaks because those were also THICK. Cutting corn is no joke.
