YOUUU GUYSSS!! These lemon rolls were so fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth delicious!! 🍋 I made them last week with a lemon spread I brought from Italy, and I’ve been saving it for the perfect bake… this was IT. 😍 Don’t worry, I’ve added some substitutes since I haven’t seen anything like it in stores!

These pistachio blondies are actual gold, chewy, buttery, packed with white chocolate, and that hint of nuttiness just makes them too good. I recipe-tested these twice, and both times, they disappear in record time. So yeah… maybe make a double batch. Just saying. 😌💚

Omg one year ago, I posted this video and it still feels like yesterday🥹 On March 26 2024, I had 1,300 followers, posting like it was my full-time job haha. And now, a year later… it kind of is. I don’t think past me would ever believe that I’d be calling myself a food and recipe creator, or that I’d even have my own website?? I’d probably pass out on the spot If I’d heard that.

I feel so insanely grateful that I get to do what I love every single day and that you guys actually want to be a part of it. This space has turned into something so special, and I’m just really, really happy to share it with you.

If there’s one flavor that screams spring, it’s lemon meringue. I’ve never been a big fan of classic lemon meringue pie, but lemon meringue cookies? Now that’s something else. A chewy, soft cookie filled with EGG-FREE lemon curd, because homemade lemon curd always has that weird eggy aftertaste, and I just couldn’t let that slide. Therefore I developed an egg free recipe that just taste fresh, sweet, and perfectly lemony. And of course, it’s all topped with fluffy, toasted, marshmallow-y meringue. Basically, spring in dessert form. 🍋🧈

These brookies are the ultimate comfort dessert! Rich, fudgy, a little crispy on the edges, ridiculously gooey in the center, and packed with melty chocolate… trust me, you need these in your life.

They give off wintery vibes if you get me, but since the sun’s been shining for three days straight, I’m taking this as my official ‘goodbye winter’ dessert.

That said… the sun had me stressed while filming, so I may have cut into these a little too soon. For the best texture, let them cool completely before slicing, unless you love a molten, gooey mess of a brownie (which, honestly, isn’t the worst thing either).
